Cal/OSHA
- An employee or someone acting for you has right to file a complaint and request an inspection of the workplace if conditions are unsafe or unhealthful
- Employee has right to bring unsafe or unhealthful conditions to the Cal/OSHA investigator making the inspection
- Employee has right to refuse to perform work that violates Cal/OSHA, occupational safety, health standards of if violation would create a real and apparent hazard to employee
- When you file a complaint they want to talk to those involved
- Must be investigated within 3 days for a serious complaint
- Must be investigated with 14 days for a non-serious complaint
